Your Needs

YOUR NEEDS COME FIRST

It is important to us that you fully understand the options that are available to you. This means that you can make the best choice with regards to improving the results you and your business get via the Internet.

We do not believe in making things sound complicated and highly technical. This is often just done so as to justify charging you inflated unrealistic rates. You can only make the correct decisions if you have all the necessary knowledge and understand what is involved. The Internet is overpopulated with “full-service online marketing agencies” that help you “analyze, “strategize”, “prioritize” and do a million impressive sounding things.

This is all well and good, but let’s get back to basics. You have something, most likely a product or a service or both and you want to reach customers on the Internet so as to sell what you have. Basically, that’s it.

All the big terminology is only there so that someone selling you their web site and/or marketing expertise can persuade you that they are an expert and you aren’t. You struggle with the terminology they use, after all. That is why you need to do as they tell you and pay as much as possible for the privilege and for your ignorance!

Yes, some of the work involved is fairly technical and complicated. The ideas behind the work, however, are not. With our experience as teachers and educators, we consider it to be our specialty to help our customers make the correct, fully informed decisions.

Please ask yourself:

1. Do you need a web site? In this day and age, you probably do!

2. Do you have a web site?

3. If you do, is it producing the results you want?

4. If it isn’t, why is it not doing so? Is it because no-one knows it’s there? Or can it be found easily, but your web-copy is not up to scratch? Perhaps they can find it and it’s a good site but the product is not wanted ?

5. If you don’t have a web site, what kind of web site should you be looking for?

6. What is involved in getting a site that optimally fulfills your requirements? Or in making the changes to your existing site to get the performance you want?

7. How would you go about getting such a site?

Please take all these factors into consideration before you make a decision. Pay-per-click, for instance, is an awesome and very quick way of bringing potential customers to your site. It may however not be the best option for you. Aside from the previously mentioned reason that bringing someone to your site is next to useless if you are selling a product no-one wants or if your product is good but your sales-copy isn’t, there is also the ratio between the cost-per-click and the price and profitability of the goods you are selling.

If you have any questions, please feel free to
contact us by e-mail or phone. We are more than happy to evaluate your site and give you some recommendations as to how you might go about improving it, if necessary.
